Appointment Policy
All appointments requiring two or more hours must be pre-paid at the time of booking.
Payment Information
At our studio, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards and Discover Card for payment. We do not accept American Express.
Tips
We welcome tips in cash only.
Walk-ins Welcome
Same-day and walk-in appointments are welcome for all services, based on schedule availability. If we are unable to see you at that time, we will happily book the next available appointment in the schedule for you.
Cancellations and Late Arrivals
As a courtesy to our other clients as well as our staff, we do require 24-hour notification of cancellation to avoid being fully billed. For appointments that are booked for two (2) or more service hours, 48-hour notice is required. Please plan to arrive early.
Special Needs
As each guest is unique, please let us know in advance of special conditions that staff should be aware of such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, heart conditions, etc. This allows us to further personalize your services. BellaPelle is wheelchair accessible. Please let us know in advance to ensure reserving the most appropriate treatment room.
