• We are looking for someone to be stationed in our street-level retail ‘Brow Bar’ and provide fabulous brow & lip waxes, make-up services, and be a stellar seller!

You are:

• Licensed in CA and an experienced brow, make-up artist plus, a stellar seller!
• Self-motivated and a dynamic go-getter.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed in the state of California
• 2+ years as a Licensed (working) Skin Care Professional
• Must be willing to go through a detailed Technical/Performance Interview (where candidate will provide a model and perform waxing and make-up services)

Our ideal candidate is someone that has an existing clientele and currently works for themselves, but prefers working alongside fellow estheticians.  This is a unique working environment, enabling skin care professionals to do what you do best without the headaches.  Our upscale and professional environment is located in Union Square, making it convenient for you and your clientele, as well as, giving you the opportunity to expand your existing client base. 

For you to be a candidate you must be licensed and have been working in the industry as a Skin Care Professional for 2 or more years (not including school).

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Maintain and build existing clientele
• Maintain standards of performance for all studio services: facials, waxing, specialty treatments
• Promote the sales of retail products related to the treatments performed
• Consistently offer the highest level of personalized client service with an enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Adhere to safety practices and policies

Requirements:

• Must be licensed in the state of California
• Must have been working for 2 or more years as a Licensed Skin Care Professional
• Established client base
• Must be willing to go through a detailed Technical/Performance Interview (where candidate will provide a model and perform waxing services and 1 - 2 facial treatments)

Product Specialist

Candidates would be licensed preferred, or current students, to join our team as a Product Specialist. We are looking for someone who would take pleasure in working long side an exciting and innovative team. The ideal addition to our staff must thrive in a fast-paced and progressive environment. This individual must be able to work independently as well as collaborate with the rest of the staff to get the job done! Must be self-confident, professional and be capable of expressing ideas and solutions to better the business.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Maintain a working knowledge of all services and products offered by the studio
• Recommend and consult our skin care products to existing and new clientele
• Customize studio skin care packages
• Maintain client records and pertinent information
• Consistently offer the highest level of personalized client service while maintaining an enthusiastic and helpful attitude
• Generate correspondence for marketing & promotional events
• Assist with special projects, events and promotions as needed
• Attend all meetings and training sessions as required

Client Care

• Respond to client’s concerns, suggestions and challenges in a timely and professional manner
• Demonstrate awareness of the importance of client sales and retention
• Represent the Studio with a positive and healthy attitude
• Demonstrate the values presented in the BellaPelle Employee Handbook
• Demonstrate understanding of all points outlined in the Studio’s Client Service Standards

Experience with working in skin care/medical industry is a plus!

Beauty Bronzer

Individual must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively. This person must also be self confident, professional and capable of expressing ideas in an articulate manner. We will provide full training for all Beauty Bronzing services.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Maintain a working knowledge of all services and products offered by the studio
• Recommend, educate and guide clients about our Beauty Bronzing services and products
• Maintain client records as needed
• Consistently offer the highest level of personalized client service while maintaining an enthusiastic and helpful attitude
• Fulfill outbound marketing & promotional efforts, correspondences and other creative marketing projects
• Assist with special projects, events and promotions as needed
• Attend all meetings and training sessions as required

Client Care

• Respond to client’s concerns, suggestions and challenges in a timely and professional manner
• Demonstrate awareness of the importance of client sales and retention
• Represent the Studio with a positive and healthy attitude
