Clinical Oncology Esthetics Training Course
BellaPelle Skin Studio will be hosting Mórag Currin Method Oncology Esthetics™ Training courses and Bay Area estheticians are invited to register.
The 3-day training is for skin care professionals who want to learn specialized techniques in Oncology Esthetics. An oncology RN and licensed esthetician instructor trained in the Mórag Currin Method of Oncology Esthetics™ will educate the estheticians at BellaPelle Skin Studio on Maiden Lane in San Francisco.
Participants will learn about the special skin care needs and challenges of individuals living with cancer and how to perform safe skin and beauty treatments for these individuals. The course includes live and video demonstrations, and students have the opportunity to meet and work with cancer survivors who are present during the training. Certificates are personally signed by Mórag Currin, the facilitating oncology RN, and the licensed esthetic instructor.
Estheticians might be interested in taking this course if they:
- Have been touched by cancer directly or indirectly and want a more in-depth understanding of cancer, cancer therapies and their side effects.
- Are looking for a new modality to specialize in to attract new clients for their services.

Advanced Waxing: Certification Classes
In addition to BellaPelle's Brazilian Bikini Waxing Certification Class, BellaPelle offers several other advanced waxing techniques certification classes.
These private classes instruct the participant on advanced waxing techniques, safety and client care. Instruction includes review of glands and hair growth, comparison of hair removal methods, wax application and removal from specific body parts, working with different types of clients and tips from an expert.
- 3.5 hours of private class instruction by Shelley Costantini, CEO and Founder of BellaPelle Skin Studio and renown for her waxing expertise.
- 1 hour of coaching from Shelley, including practical and written test.
- Demonstration and assisted practice.
- Certificate of Completion.
Details
Student must provide 2-3 models for up to one hour each. Models must come with at least 1/4 inch hair growth.
