Kindly remember cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to appointment will be fully billed. For appointments that are scheduled for two (2) or more hours we require 48 hours notice.
As a courtesy to our clients and our staff, all appointments requiring 2 or more hours must be pre-paid at the time of booking
We strive to stay on time so, if you arrive late
in order to be punctual with the next client service will still end on time.

As each guest is unique, please let us know in advance of special conditions
that staff should be aware of such as pregnancy, high blood pressure,
